Thomas Holm President Hoover should have looked at how Black People lived in USA at that time. They where just as Poor,Under educated, looked down at, pressed not to wote. And to day , thats still easy to find poor people in USA (mostly Blacks) , The Blacks are way over represented in the US Prison system, and many still are under educated.

But how can we say sorry for something that hapened so long time ago?, No Person is still alive

To Seak Reparations you must prove that you had a loss in the first place. Denmark is taking respocebillity for the poor in the world, Denmark is among the higest Suporting Country to help poor Countrys too devellop a higher standard off living. Now 2-3 Billion $ a year.

 There cant be any reparation to ACRRA or Virgin Islands, What we can do, is help to renovate Old Historical buildings In The Islands.
